IT'S A GIRL!!!

Today, Dino and I found out we are having a little girl! I decided to change the background in honor of the day!! We are really excited and I can't wait to start getting the nursery ready!

P.S. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY DADDY!! He is 61 years old today and he said he could not have asked for a better gift! He said now he will have a little girl for each knee!

Weekend Fun!

We celebrated the wedding of our friends, Jason and Karen, Saturday night at the Vermillion Grille in Little Rock! Everyone had a good time!We especially enjoyed the rooftop party! Sunday we celebrated Uncle Pete's 60th birthday! Lots of sweet babies running around( all girls)!! Everyone is anxious to see if baby Sabbatini will be the first boy!

P.S. Yes, be assured, all drinks held by me were alcohol-free!=)

School is out for SUMMER!!

We wrapped up our year with a trip to the bowling alley! I had forgotten how much fun bowling can be! The kids had a blast! The lady in the pink shirt is Mrs. Charlotte, one of our teacher's aides.....she is sooo much fun to hang out with! The kids love her and I do too!

Portland Elementary Sixth Grade Graduation!

Well, tonight was the big night! All 26 sixth graders walked across the stage to receive their diplomas and go on to Junior High! This is my big responsibility for the year as the sixth grade homeroom teacher, so I was glad everything went well and a special thanks goes out to my hubby for helping me tonight!!=)

P.S. The little one in the cake picture is ,Reid, our first grade teacher's son! He was our special helper!

Sixth Grade Graduation Trip to Ferndale

Last week ,I bravely took my 26 Sixth graders on an overnight trip to celebrate their graduation from Portland Elementary! We went to the State 4-H center outside of Little Rock and they had a really great time!It is so pretty there and the staff are wonderful! They get to meet all the other sixth graders from other schools in our district that they will go to Junior High with next year! I think knowing some familiar faces makes Junior High seem a little less intimidating! Here are some pics of the trip!

Too Much Fun!

Well, Mrs. Kathy and Mr. Butch ( Dino's parents) bought a Wii! At first, I was really skeptical, but it turned out to be alot of fun! Below are some pics of Dino,Mr. Butch and Hunter( Lori's hubby) rocking out on Guitar Hero!
