Ferndale Trip 2009

Every year I take my Sixth grade class to the 4-H Center in Ferndale,AR. We had so much fun! We did hiking,canoeing,archery, and lots of fun team challenge games. We had a bonfire and made smores and the kids just loved it!! It makes the whole year worth it to see the smile on a child's face who usually does not get the opportunity to go on a trip like this! It is a beautiful place located in the Ouachita Mountains with wonderful counselors who make it so much fun for the kids!
P.S. No pics of me!! You don't want to see what a teacher looks like after staying up 'till 3:00 a.m. worrying about 19 kids on an overnight trip!=)
